TOPLYN Supply Chain & Supplier Code of Conduct

1. Purpose
TOPLYN is committed to building a responsible, transparent, and reliable supply chain. Every supplier, manufacturer, subcontractor, and service provider working with TOPLYN must comply with this Code of Conduct.
2. Legal Compliance
Suppliers must comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding labor, manufacturing, taxation, health and safety, and environmental protection.
3. Human Rights & Labor Standards
Suppliers shall:
- Prohibit forced, bonded, or involuntary labor.
- Never employ child labor.
- Provide equal opportunities without discrimination.
- Respect employees regardless of gender, religion, nationality, or background.
- Allow workers to leave employment according to local labor laws.
4. Fair Wages & Working Hours
- Employees must receive wages that meet or exceed legal minimum requirements.
- Overtime must be voluntary and compensated according to applicable laws.
- Working hours must not exceed legal limits.
5. Health & Safety
Suppliers must provide:
- Safe and clean workplaces.
- Emergency exits and fire protection equipment.
- Proper ventilation and lighting.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
- Regular health and safety training.
6. Product Quality
All TOPLYN products must:
- Meet approved specifications, measurements, and quality standards.
- Use only approved fabrics, trims, and packaging.
- Pass quality inspections before shipment.
- Be free from defects or unauthorized substitutions.
7. Ethical Business Practices
Suppliers shall not engage in:
- Bribery or corruption.
- Fraud or falsification of records.
- Counterfeit materials.
- Unauthorized subcontracting without written approval from TOPLYN.
8. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers should:
- Reduce waste wherever possible.
- Handle chemicals responsibly.
- Minimize water and energy consumption.
- Follow applicable environmental regulations.
9. Confidentiality
All TOPLYN designs, samples, specifications, pricing, customer information, and business strategies are confidential and may not be shared without written permission.
10. Supply Chain Transparency
Suppliers must disclose the manufacturing locations used for TOPLYN products and notify TOPLYN before using any additional factories or subcontractors.
11. Audits & Compliance
TOPLYN reserves the right to:
- Request documentation demonstrating compliance.
- Conduct announced or unannounced factory visits.
- Suspend or terminate relationships with suppliers that violate this Code.
12. Continuous Improvement
TOPLYN encourages suppliers to continuously improve quality, efficiency, worker welfare, sustainability, and operational excellence.
