By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Sale in full. Please read them before placing your order.

1. Order Process

When you place an order on team-toplyn.shop, you are making an offer to purchase at the stated price. Your order is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or e-mail from TOPLYN. We reserve the right to decline any order.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Delivery fees are calculated separately and shown at checkout. Confirmed orders are honoured at the price shown at time of order.

3. Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available nationwide across Egypt, subject to courier area
• Credit / Debit Card — processed securely via Shopify Payments
• Vodafone Cash / Instapay — where available at checkout

TOPLYN does not store card details. All card transactions are encrypted and processed by Shopify Inc.

4. Delivery

We ship to all governorates across Egypt. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Delivery fees range from 60–80 EGP and are shown at checkout.

TOPLYN is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure, or incorrect delivery information. If your order is delayed beyond 6 business days, contact us immediately.

5. Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will contact you immediately to offer a full refund or agreed alternative.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or e-mail. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Return Policy.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
