Return Policy.

14-day return window. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. No complicated process.
Eligibility
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation message)
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted for return.
How to Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- We confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund within 5 business days:
- Card payments — refunded to original card within 5–10 business days
- Cash on Delivery — refunded via bank transfer or Instapay to an account of your choice
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on eligible items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Availability of the replacement size is subject to stock at time of request.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
